We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the Welwyn and Hatfield area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist with light housework and domestic duties, ensuring clients' homes remain safe and comfortable
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social events, using your own vehicle
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support for clients
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00+ per hour
