Job Title: Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in Central London. As a key member of the community health trust, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized therapeutic treatment plans, aligned with patient-centered goals, and working collaboratively with therapy teams to monitor patient progress.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care:
  • Collaborate with therapy teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans:
  • Monitor patient progress and report back to qualified team members:
Requirements:
  • NVQ in Health Studies Level 3 or equivalent knowledge acquired through training, short courses, or experience in health or wellbeing:
  • General school qualifications (GCE/GCSE Maths and English):
  • Recent experience of working in a relevant health or social care environment:
  • Experience in rehabilitation:
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation within neuro rehab:
  • Experience working with individuals with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and communication disabilities:
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Understanding of the principles of rehab:
  • Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology:
  • Commitment to further learning and development:

This position is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.

Salary: £28,000 - £34,500 per annum
