Senior Financial Crime Risk and Controls Associate

NatWest is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of its risk policy framework for Financial Crime. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk management best practices.

  • Develop and maintain the bank's risk policy framework for Financial Crime.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory change implementation and risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in implementing regulatory changes in a banking environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £75,000 - £95,000, taking into account the level of responsibility, required qualifications, and location.
