Job Overview

As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Selfridges, you will play a critical role in protecting our product, people, and premises. Key Responsibilities

  • Support our teams in delivering our key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stock loss, stock accuracy, and stock availability.
  • Analyze trends in stock loss, compliance results, known losses, and incidents to ensure that our plans adequately mitigate these risks.
  • Support the key actions to focus efforts on our highest loss departments.
  • Support the delivery of a loss prevention culture across our stores through the Protect Our Product campaign.
  • Support the Loss Prevention and Security Managers to optimize security resources to prevent loss and crime in all our stores.
  • Problem-solve in a balanced and proportionate way, finding solutions to the most challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to protect our product, people, and premises.
  • Take a calm and measured approach in challenging situations and support the function in its crisis responses.
