About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team at Kerry. As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for converting demand plan requirements into a feasible production and finished goods inventory plan, while meeting customer order requirements and service level objectives.

You will support, monitor, and maintain finished goods inventory levels and system integrity, ensuring timely communication with Customer Care through agreed communication routes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the plan to ensure that commitments to customers are met in full and to optimize both inventory and the efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define standards for execution of Supply Planning processes.
  • Ensure standardized execution, aligned to regional strategy.
  • Setting and reporting on FG Stock level, Safety Stock, Replenishment Times, and other planning master data.
  • Ensure correct setup of network in APO-SNP.
  • Ensure correct definition of inventory parameters (e.g. Safety stock, min / max).
  • Ensure correct setup of Product Sourcing Strategy (e.g. MTS / MTO).
  • OTIF reporting & investigation with RCCA.
  • Supply Planner is accountable for ensuring system Supply Planning driven alerts are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with customer care around supply issues/requests.
  • Interaction with 3PL to ensure Stock is available to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage Supply chain and logistic complaints through correct procedure and channels.
  • Rough cut capacity planning.
  • Cross functional discussions.
  • Oversee Production Planning and Material Call-off activities.
  • Provide leadership in aligning Production Planning, Material Call-off and Supply Plan.
  • Medium to Long-term Capacity planning.
  • Inputs into NPI Process & ongoing MDM requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • CIPS, APICS, CPIM or IIPMM certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant ERP/SAP experience.
  • Professional experience in Supply Planning /and/or Production Planning.
  • Detailed knowledge of MRP / Supply Planning.
  • Process, systematic, analytical attributes.
  • System and process driven way of working.
  • Time management skills- essential.
  • Good communication skills.
