Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Client Services Director to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work alongside existing directors in a modern office environment with a small, but growing team.
- Taking over an existing £550k varied SME and personal tax portfolio and seeking to build from that base if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop, retain and motivate junior members of staff and assist in the management of the team on a day-to-day basis.
- Proactively monitor and help to resolve people issues, provide constructive input to colleagues, identify and act upon own and team training and development needs, provide support to career planning of team members.
- Proactive management of budgets, fees targets, WIP and debtors.
- Act as main points of contact within the office for clients, keeping them informed of progress in relation to all aspects of service delivery and maintaining regular contact with them.
- Working and liaising with colleagues in other offices/departments as necessary to provide high quality client service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Director should have:
- ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
- A motivated individual and able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and planning skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
