  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has experience teaching in a mainstream primary or secondary setting.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching that engages students.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
  • Is committed to raising standards and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
  • Is enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to make a meaningful impact within the school community.
