About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. This role involves planning and monitoring machine performance, working with the planning department to negotiate machine availability, and monitoring failure.
The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of HNC/NVQ level 3 in an engineering-related discipline. Completion of an apprenticeship or an equivalent formal training programme in installation and maintenance that includes relevant practical experience is also preferred.
The SiteThis is a large food manufacturing business with a long-standing history in the area, employing circa 500+ people. It features a mix of new and old equipment in a fully automated factory and has a settled engineering team of 40+ with a good mix of electrical and mechanical skills.
