Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse internal data and evidence to identify key people priorities for the business and provide informed discussions with managers.
  • Develop solutions to support business areas in delivering their strategies and enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of strategic projects and change management initiatives.
  • Resolve complex employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and disciplinary matters.
  • Implement policies and manage processes, such as redundancies, restructures, and succession planning.
  • Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and changes in legislation and implement them into the business.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HRBP role with a solid understanding of people management issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment law and a commitment to continuous HR learning and development.
  • Proactive interaction skills with the ability to engage with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and creative approach.
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the workplace.
