We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Fellow to join our Stroke Medicine team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in the care of stroke patients across the whole stroke pathway, including assessment, management, and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the care of stroke patients, including assessment, management, and rehabilitation
- Support patients during rehabilitation, preventing and managing medical complications, and aiding patient and family decision making
- Contribute to the out-patient follow-up of patients following discharge
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Basic Medical Qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
- Fully registered with the GMC
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience, including completion of foundation training programme
- Good knowledge and skills required in the practice of Internal Medicine
- MRCP (UK) or equivalent
- Higher degree/certification in Neurology/Stroke
- Track record of research presentations and academic publications
- Some experience of stroke care
