We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Divisional Director for our Surgery, Women and Children's (SWC) Division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical services and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our patients.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs Divisional Director, you will lead and inspire staff to develop, deliver, and improve services within the SWC Division. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong strategic and operational leadership to the Division
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to patients
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve clinical services
- Collaborating with clinical, nursing, and operational teams to achieve Divisional objectives
- Managing and developing staff to achieve their full potential

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree or equivalent qualification

- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
