As a Residential EBD Support Manager at Kingston Noble, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the care team, ensuring that the needs of each child are met and that the service complies with all regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, providing guidance and support to staff members. This will involve taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the home, including hands-on care and support. Additionally, you will be responsible for safeguarding, risk management, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in your care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child development, a sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent is preferred, as well as experience working in a residential setting. A full UK driving license is also required.
