Job Title: Test Engineer - Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team at BSI, a leading testing and certification organization. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of medical devices.

About the Role:

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests to validate the safety and performance of medical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test plans, and execute tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute tests to validate the safety and performance of medical devices
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test procedures, and test reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including EN 60601
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Previous experience in testing and validation of medical devices
  • Knowledge of industry standards, including EN 60601
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
