About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Property Department team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Department
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Prepare reports and presentations, utilizing data and insights to inform business decisions
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in the planning and execution of department events, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, typing, and copying documents, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
  • Experience in the property sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on organizational management and leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
