Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor

Hello Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the educational progress of our students and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and engaging students in their learning
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Supporting the educational progress of our students
  • Have good behaviour management skills to manage the classroom in line with the school's policies

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and a desire to inspire students
  • Flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive and patient attitude

Hello Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education. This may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, and in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
