About the Opportunity:

Park Holidays, a leading provider of vacation experiences, is seeking an experienced Vacation Sales Coordinator to join its team. This exciting role involves supporting the sales process by coordinating appointments, tours, and administrative tasks related to caravan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing sales documentation, contracts, and invoices while maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and payments.
  • Data Management: Update and manage the database and system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments and tours for potential customers to view caravans, ensuring smooth coordination with the sales team.
  • Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Ability to provide excellent customer service, primarily dealing with customers and their aftersales needs.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Word, essential for managing software-based documentation.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with owners, contractors, and staff at various levels.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills to coordinate aftersales, holiday home sitings, and contractor works.
