About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Guest Experience Coordinator to join our front office team at Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be passionate about delivering warm hospitality and have a natural ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage daily front desk operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Utilize the PMS system (Opera) to effectively manage all bookings and accurate billing
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Plus benefits including free parking, tips paid monthly, and access to discounted spa treatments.
