About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of our residential developments, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Supervise and coordinate site staff, including tradespeople and laborers
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and project managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and local authorities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A black or white CSCS card
  • Qualifications in site management, preferably NVQ Level 3 or 4
  • Proven experience in residential construction, including site management and supervision
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
