Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to join our team. This critical role will provide IT hardware and software support, resolving technical issues efficiently and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Resolve standard incidents via IT Service Desk processes
  • Deliver Windows 11 deployment services
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for ticket-based issues and IT projects
  • Manage basic projects related to service desk processes or technology solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the end-user community and other IT departments
  • Additional tasks assigned by management
  • Support remote sites to help maintain their IT support needs
  • Drive and promote improvement to the customer experience within Data & Technology

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused approach to work with excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value teamwork
  • Ability to travel to other locations to provide support as instructed by management

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Prior experience within a support-focused role, ideally with customer experience as a focus
  • Basic experience in hardware (Intel-based equipment) and software (PC-based operating systems and applications)
  • Basic knowledge of standard IP-based networking topologies, networking hardware, and exposure to network standards and network protocols
