We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Epilepsy Surgery Service Coordinator. As a key member of our Outpatients and Discharge Lounge Clinics, you will provide exceptional support to patients and visitors attending appointments at our hospital site.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a warm welcome and support to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Update patients with waiting times and provide clear information about their appointment.
- Signpost patients to other support and services as required, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Restock resources, including cups, leaflets, and activity packs, to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Engage with patients who are on their own, providing companionship and utilizing available resources to enhance their experience.
- Prepare and serve light refreshments, as agreed with the Trust Division.
