Senior Manager

Brook Street UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a team within a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to cover a maternity leave and then transition into a field-based manager role. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all staff are provided with their training and development plans, staff management, rotas, and support planning.
You will lead and motivate the team to provide the best possible outcomes for the people being supported in a person-centred way. This includes attending and chairing meetings, liaising with other professionals and agencies, and adhering to internal policies and procedures and working within CQC legislation and frameworks.
About You:We are looking for a strong leader with experience of managing services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and behaviours that may challenge. You will be proactive, self-motivated, and have a 'can-do' and positive approach to your daily work.
You will be honest and able to lead and manage a team effectively to achieve positive outcomes. You will be flexible to work on a rota basis where needed and with some travel to other sites if required. A Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to complete this is essential.
