Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Costain Group Plc. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and team members.
- MCIPS Commercial and contracts
- APMP or equivalent
- Good, detailed understanding of a wide range of project management competencies and able to evaluate and adopt them within a complex project environment.
- Must be eligible for CTC level Security Clearance (3 years residency in the UK).
- An understanding of the need for Safety and Quality within a project environment.
