Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver group and individual sessions to support recovery and promote well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate the ward activity programme.
- Support service users to identify and achieve their own recovery goals and objectives.
- Model personal responsibility, self-awareness, and self-belief to inspire and instil confidence in service users.
- Teach coping, self-help, and self-management techniques to service users.
- Good level of secondary education to GCSE level.
- Understanding of Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) or whole life plan.
- Experience of being in a supportive and enabling role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate to a wide range of people.
