The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, working closely with our culinary team to ensure menu innovation and quality.
- Manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish strong relationships with school administrators, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
