Training and Development

The Trust offers a range of training and development opportunities to support the growth and development of its staff. As a Healthcare Science Support Worker, you will have access to leadership and improvement training, as well as a range of additional courses and programmes through the Leadership and Improvement Team.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including one science subject, and laboratory experience. A NVQ level 2 Clinical Laboratory Science or IBMS Cert Part 1 qualification is also desirable. Previous experience in a healthcare science setting is also an advantage.
