Job Description
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our London team as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from developing new business with target clients to sourcing top talent. You will build long-term relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent in the IT and Engineering sectors
- Build and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
