Join our Operations Planning team and contribute to the success of Williams Racing, a world-renowned Formula One team. As an Operations Analyst Industrial Placement, you will play a critical role in supporting operations and improving efficiency through data analysis and process optimisation.

Our team is responsible for turning designs into reality, owning the planning, scheduling, and delivery from design demand to finished car parts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, and conduct research and data collection for operational projects.

About the Department:

The Operations Planning team is a dynamic and inclusive environment where you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technologies and brightest minds in motorsport. You will gain experience in every aspect of Formula one planning and manufacturing, an experience very few roles can offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
  • Conduct research and data collection for operational projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
