- KPI Reporting and Management Review: Develop and implement effective KPI reporting and management review processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure the site is operating at optimal levels.
- Team Development and Growth: Develop and grow the on-site technical team, including training and succession planning, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Risk Management and Continuous Improvement: Implement and deliver effective risk management processes and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality and Technical Management: Utilize significant experience in quality/technical management roles in fast-paced, chilled food manufacturing environments to drive quality and technical excellence.
- Technical Knowledge and Expertise: Possess technical knowledge and expertise within chilled food, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Demonstrate proven skills in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to develop and grow the technical team.
- Leadership and Vision: Possess the ability to deliver a compelling vision for technical quality at all levels, both internally and externally, and drive business growth and improvement.
- Certifications and Qualifications: Hold a Food Safety Level 4 certification and be familiar with complementary Higgidy foods and EAP policies, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
