Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site meets all legislative and customer standards, including group policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to the site management team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our site operates at the highest level of quality.
  2. KPI Reporting and Management Review: Implement effective KPI reporting and management review processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure that our site is meeting its targets.
  3. Team Development: Develop and grow the on-site technical team, including training and succession planning, to ensure that we have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  4. Risk Management: Deliver and implement an effective risk management process and root cause investigation to drive continuous improvement and ensure that our site is operating safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Significant experience in quality/technical management roles in fast-paced, chilled, food manufacturing environments.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge and expertise within chilled food, including food safety and quality assurance.
  3. Coaching and Mentoring: Proven skills in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to deliver a compelling vision for technical quality at all levels, both internally and externally.
  4. Food Safety: Food Safety Level 4 certification, with a strong understanding of food safety principles and practices.
