About Our Home

Our home in a quiet residential area provides high-quality care options for individuals over 18, focusing on personalised care to enhance their stay with us.

We seek a Senior Care Assistant (Bank) to join our team for 22 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Compassion and responsiveness to the unique needs of each resident.
  • A commitment to creating a warm, safe, and healthy environment for residents and staff.
  • An understanding of person-centred care principles.
  • The ability to build a high-performing team through training and development.

The role involves:

  • Providing high levels of care to residents by supporting them with daily tasks as needed.
  • Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff members.
  • Answering nurse calls and assisting residents as required, while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude.
  • Collaborating with GPs and support managers to ensure the well-being of residents.
  • Conducting regular checks on residents at designated intervals.
  • Delivering high-quality personal and psychological care to residents, arranging rotas to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of changeover and keyworker documentation.
