We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As the first point of contact for all HR administrative queries, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all HR-related systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Document Management: Update HR documents and employee records in our company HR software system.
- Employee Onboarding: Administer training, recruitment, promotion, and probation processes.
- Communication: Communicate changes to employee records and terms & conditions to the payroll department and line managers.
- Attendance Management: Manage all sickness and other absence records.
- Reporting: Produce ad-hoc reports and statistics for tasks such as annual bonus payments and pay reviews.
- HR Support: Respond to HR-related queries from employees.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and produce regular HR reports.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and Human Resources.
- Project Support: Assist with the administration and delivery of HR projects.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve HR-related issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for HR-related services.
- Employee Recognition: Administer the employee birthday gift process.
- Education: A-Level standard education or above is advantageous.
- Qualifications: At least two GCSEs, including English and Maths.
- Experience: Previous HR administration experience.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £27,000.
- Hybrid Working Model: 3 days in the office.
