About the Job

Your primary focus will be on supporting residents with their daily needs, providing emotional support, and helping them maintain their independence. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of resident care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.

A generous salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
