Job Title: Support Worker - Crewe

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Crewe. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to service users with individual needs and independent living skills
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure high quality standards are met
  • Maintain the safety and wellbeing of service users, colleagues, and guests of the accommodation
  • Ensure that the right medication and right dosage is given to individuals that need it
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 Months UK experience working in a similar support setting
  • Experience and awareness of safeguarding
  • Comfortable with housekeeping, cleaning, and basic food preparation
  • Able to provide 2 years reference history
  • Overseas police check
