We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Salford and Worsley. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Companionship: Provide regular and meaningful social interaction with clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Personal Care: Assist clients with essential tasks such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Domestic Support: Help clients with everyday tasks, including meal preparation, light housework, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
- Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.
- GCSE English: You must have GCSE level English or equivalent.
- Residency: You must be resident within Salford (non-Salford postcodes will fall into other Home Instead Office's territories).
- Availability: You must be available to work at least 2 evenings and alternate weekends, with core hours between 8am-1pm and 4.45pm-9.30pm.
