About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Manage the day-to-day needs of our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents, including assistance with daily activities, meals, and personal care.
  • Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Support family members and visitors, providing them with information and reassurance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ or working towards it).
  • Trained in medication administration.
  • Excellent people and customer service skills.
  • Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
  • Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and writing.
  • Caring attitude.
  • Flexible and reliable.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.30.
  • 42 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
