About the Role:
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Manage the day-to-day needs of our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents, including assistance with daily activities, meals, and personal care.
- Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Support family members and visitors, providing them with information and reassurance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ or working towards it).
- Trained in medication administration.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
- Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
- Good communication skills – verbal and writing.
- Caring attitude.
- Flexible and reliable.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.30.
- 42 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
- Full-time contract with opportunities for career progression.
