About the role:

We are seeking an Examinations Manager to join our Exams and Achievement Department at Bedford College. As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students by:

Ensuring the integrity of examinations

Implementing JCQ and other awarding body regulations

Deputising for the Group Head of Exams

Line managing examinations staff

Facilitating the delivery of examinations

Managing invigilator bookings and timetabling

Coordinating results and achievement data

Carrying out the role in line with TBCG culture and values

About you:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent

NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Significant experience of using computerised databases

Experience of working with confidential documentation

Good administrative experience

Experience of working in a customer-facing environment

Recent experience of using Microsoft Excel
