About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP consultant to join our team at Birchman Solutions in the UK. As a key member of our SAP Delivery Team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed architecture design and delivering SAP module solutions from design, configuration, development through to implementation, support, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in two or more SAP projects at a functional level, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and enhance SAP module solutions, leveraging your expertise in configuration, development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct As-Is & To-Be analysis, and prepare Business Blueprint/design documentation.
  • Manage client relationships, advising on solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, data conversion, documentation, integration, and Go Live Support.
  • Map client technical structures to SAP best practice processes and develop customisation and configuration that meets client needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure solution delivery provides enhanced customer satisfaction and contribute to new business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in SAP consulting, with involvement in two or more SAP projects at a functional level.
  • Excellent hands-on functional configuration or technical development experience across one or more SAP modules, including full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Business process experience and knowledge of SAP integration across different modules.
  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and team working capability, with the ability to build customer-oriented collaborative relationships.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
