Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the internal exclusion room, managing student behaviour, and overseeing an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student behaviour
  • Oversee the internal exclusion programme and return students to their lessons
  • Manage and analyse behaviour data to positively impact student outcomes
  • Support students with their return to mainstream lessons and management after school impositions
  • Hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people
  • Hold good communication and numeric skills/IT & Admin skills
  • Be a positive role model, enthusiastic, and flexible

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people, hold good communication and numeric skills/IT & Admin skills, and be a positive role model, enthusiastic, and flexible.
