Ambulance Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our patient transport team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and transportation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport patients to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families
- Assist with lifting, securing, and helping patients in and out of the ambulance
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless patient care
- Committed to patient care and well-being
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing situations
- Physical fitness for patient handling and moving
- Enhanced DBS check and full UK driving license
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44
- 38-hour per week contract with 4 days per week working
