Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Market Access & External Affairs Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our Market Access & External Affairs Directors and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative systems, developing new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Market Access & External Affairs Directors and teams, including operational and organizational tasks.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking, as well as administration of contracts and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and write action minutes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of team members, including training and induction requirements.
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems, suggesting improvements to current practice.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure support and communication for business projects.
  • Maintain divisional-level records and provide business unit information for company audits and planning purposes.
Requirements
  • GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • Experience in providing administrative support at a senior level.
  • Resilient and able to communicate effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of general office procedures and common IT platforms.
