Job Opportunity

Central Employment is seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to join their Newcastle digital media team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid media activities, including advertising campaigns and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media marketing strategies to acquire new customers and maximize performance of existing customer base
  • Plan and implement strategies across paid channels with a focus on Google Ads
  • Analyze Google Analytics and other performance data to generate marketing strategy and performance reports
  • Collaborate with Senior E-commerce Manager and stakeholders to create a successful digital environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media management, advertising, and campaign management
  • Circa 3+ years dedicated Paid Search experience
  • Proficiency in using Google tools such as Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
