This role requires the ability to prepare panels for paint application while masking adjacent areas to prevent overspray. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and meet customer expectations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Prepare vehicles for paint application by cleaning and degreasing surfaces.
  2. Maintain and clean spray guns to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Operate spray booths to ensure accurate temperature and pressure control.
  4. Familiarise yourself with manufacturer's guidelines and methods for safe working practices.

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per year. Based on your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary that reflects your value to our organisation.
