Senior Business Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Service Advisor to join our team at Future. As a key member of our Service & Operations department, you will be responsible for managing external operational processes, including partner change management, partner governance, and data processing.
This is an exciting opportunity to acquire expert product knowledge across Insurance and Energy, as well as gain a deeper understanding of our business's core functions, including commercial, financial, and regulatory processes.
You will work closely with our dynamic team to share knowledge and experience, continuously reviewing and enhancing existing processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day partner and supplier changes, identifying and mitigating risks to customers and the business.
- Provide an excellent service to our business partners.
- Develop stakeholder management skills and work collaboratively with the team.
- Use own initiative, working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Act as a role model, creating trust and a positive working environment, with the ability to set clear, appropriate targets and objectives.
