Senior Business Service Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Future. As a key member of our Service & Operations department, you will be responsible for managing external operational processes, including partner change management, partner governance, and data processing.
This is an exciting opportunity to acquire expert product knowledge across Insurance and Energy, as well as gain a deeper understanding of our business's core functions, including commercial, financial, and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day partner and supplier changes, identifying and mitigating risks to customers and the business.
- Provide exceptional service to our business partners, ensuring seamless operational processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously review and enhance existing processes, prioritizing customer experience.
- Utilize Google and/or Microsoft applications, such as Sheets or Excel, to analyze data and inform business decisions.
As a Senior Business Service Advisor at Future, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £28,000.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with three days spent in our Cardiff office and two days working from home.
- Unlimited holiday, allowing you to manage your workload and time effectively.
- A share in our success through our profit pool bonus scheme, if Future hits its performance targets.
