Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team at Wpsinplace. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defect Management: Utilize a defect management tool, preferably Azure DevOps, to track and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Automation Testing: Leverage automated tools and techniques to streamline testing processes and improve overall quality.
  • Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing throughout the software development life cycle, including test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a multi-team department, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ a methodical approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Work efficiently to tight deadlines, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Initiative: Showcase resilience and the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Possess experience with databases and SQL, as well as a professional accreditation (such as ISTQB / ISEB) and knowledge of testing tools (e.g. Team Foundation Server, Leapwork, Azure DevOps, RDZ or similar).
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate knowledge of retail business environment processes and the ability to prepare various reports for testing.
  • API Testing: Possess experience with API testing, including SOAP, Postman, or similar.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in test automation, manual testing, and defect management.
  • Education: A professional accreditation (such as ISTQB / ISEB) would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
