Positive Behaviour Support Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Lead to join our brand-new team at YMCA Robin Hood Group. As a key member of our Children and Young People's Residential Therapeutic Service, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and implementation of positive behaviour support plans
* Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality support to young people
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and other stakeholders
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our service

**Requirements**

* Significant experience in positive behaviour support or a related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
* 40 hours per week, full-time contract
* Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team
