About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at MTrec Recruitment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the assembly of products using a variety of hand tools and working around a CNC Brake press under the guidance of an experienced operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Following basic engineering drawing and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
  • Assembly of products using hand tools, including pneumatic, torque wrenches, and other associated hand tools
  • Visual quality inspections to ensure all products meet quality standards
  • Heavy lifting and manually transporting materials within the production area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Confidence on the job and ability to take on more responsibility if necessary
  • Experience using hand tools is ideal
