About the Role

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Roke, you will be a key member of our team driving transformational change in organisation design and ways of working for a strategically important National Security business. You will contribute to developing a growth strategy and be directly involved in driving revenue, order intake, and operational management of mission-critical services covering both applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-level product and service models that secure service scope within bids and product offerings within the National Security customer base.
  • Work across Roke and customer sites to market the team to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of experts, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.
  • Support the Head of Service and the Solutions leadership team in developing and executing strategy and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate a successful history of managing IT operations in complex, fast-paced, and highly regulated environments.
  • An understanding of development practices and tools used by software developers and able to work closely with DevOps product teams.
  • Used to working within the ITIL framework.
  • Well-developed leadership and people management skills, able to demonstrate how you have successfully grown and developed those around you.
