About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' homes and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers, adhering to health and safety procedures and using cleaning products effectively.
  • Report to the Location Manager and be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the location, including equipment and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team, prioritizing and planning around customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly personality.
