Our private client located in Buntingford, Hertfordshire is seeking a live-in private carer/housekeeper. **Ready to start immediately**

This is a wonderful opportunity, for an experienced kind, calm, patient, carer to look after a HNW couple requiring assistance on a day to day basis, with their caring needs working on a rota basis with another experienced carer.

Possessing, a positive can-do attitude, reliable and flexible this role would suite a carer/housekeeper seeking a long term rewarding position.

**Accommodation;**

A self-contained flat, nearby the main family home.

(please note; the accommodation is purely suitable for one person and no pets).

**Working day(s): as per rota**

**Hour(s) of work; 40 hours per week**

**Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to;**

" Housekeeping

" Cooking

" Laundry

" Ironing

" Driving duties

" Assisting with shopping (daily, weekly trips)

" Driving/attending appointments

" Day to day care duties required

" Administering of medication (using pill boxes provided)

" Anything else that may be required as part of your role not yet described

" Able to supervise and keep an eye out should the client require extra help/assistance

" Working flexibly to cover additional hours where necessary, such as evening work if principal couple are to become ill.

" Undertake such additional duties such as attending events or travel with principle couple abroad or in the UK.

**Health & Safety**

" Comply with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974

" To fulfill your duties in accordance with the company's Health and Safety policy and procedures.

**Essential;**

" Valid enhanced DBS Checked

" Valid passport holder

" Valid and clean drivers licence

" Experience within a similar field

" Patient

" Kind

" You will be discreet, proactive, mature, able to use own initiative and be able to hit the ground running.

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay

**Salary**: £44,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
